You’re an analytical, quantitative and metrics-driven Marketer with experience in paid social and search campaigns, extensive and rigorous (but fun) funnel testing, and identifying high-leverage opportunities for growth.
You do deep dives into the data necessary to help us prioritize our marketing and growth efforts, while analyzing what drives acquisition and retention of our products.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- User acquisition.
- Create and execute compelling participation and retention strategies that resonate with our audience.
- Use data to guide our marketing efforts. (user segmentation, behavior analysis, A / B testing, market analysis, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end campaign management, which includes, among others, the development of campaign summaries, creative development, cost negotiations, schedule management, approvals, research and analysis.
- Evaluate, integrate and maintain the stack of mobile marketing technology (for example, mobile measurement partners, data service providers, deep link platforms) to enable end user marketing programs and actions.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, especially mobile digital marketing.
- A solid understanding of lifecycle Marketing, retention marketing or other data-driven marketing.
- Knowledge and understanding of consumer habits, motivation techniques, generation of commitment through social and mobile advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create attractive copy.
- Creative thinker with a numbers mentality.
- Innate curiosity of learning about emerging advertising platforms with a solid understanding of current platforms.
