WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will work on multiple products at the same time while maintaining focus on each one in time
- You will manage the design, and the development of a shared vision with the team.
- Design digital products and services for multiple platforms.
- You will collaborate with your team through sessions of sketches, structured criticism and brainstorming, and is responsible to your team for their time and deliverables.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
- 0-3 years of experience designing and launching a wide range of digital products (applications, websites and software) on all platforms (mobile devices, tablets, desktop computers and connected devices), ideally for large audiences.Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Communication Design, or related experience
- Experience in basic design skills that include the development of scalable design systems, intuitive interaction models, information architecture, user flows, pattern guides, graphic studies in motion and product characteristics
- Strong communication skills for the design of information, both in team collaboration and in written documentation
- Strengths in secondary areas such as prototyping, interface development, user research, visual design, prototyping, service design and / or content strategy
- Familiarity with design methodologies focused on the human being, empathy with end users and the passion to teach and learn from others to shape the process and culture
- Experience in basic design and prototyping tools including Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign with an interest in exploring new tools and processes
